I was able to walk every morning to the local coffee spots and grab food and drinks at the local market at the end of the street. "This hotel was rather basic, but my room was great. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great view of the statehouse. Check out the great view of downtown from the gym which is on the top, 22nd floor. It was clear that the hotel seems to be in transition from its sale as a former Sheraton hotel to an independently owned hotel — so I noticed there were a few places in the hotel that were potentially being renovated. "This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way."

"Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options.
