Hotels in Downtown Reno

Great hotel the area around the hotel not so good but the hotel and staff are awesome!! Super cute rooms and I’m a man that doesn’t use the phrase super cute! But it really was!

Great place to stay. Downside was that my wife saw a bed bug crawling around when we went to bed.

The rooms were downright spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous!

We were there for 2 nights so my son could tour the University. I did not want to stay at a casino hotel and this looked very nice. It was!!! The beautiful Truckee river runs right behind. It is walking distance to the casino strip. The Aces ballpark is right across the street. It is easy to find off of the freeway. I liked the Bistro café where we could get a quick and delicious breakfast without having to take the extra time at a restaurant. It was also not a buffet, which I liked. ...

The staff at the Renaissance are consistently kind, helpful and conscientious.

The gym was fantastic (I didn't come prepared this time, but will next time). Loved the ease of walking downtown, it was super close to our venue.

My first time here and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff

We stayed at the Eldorado for Hot August Nights, and even though it was a very busy weekend the employees were outstanding. We ate at Gordon Ramsey fish & chips,El Jefes, and and a restaurant for breakfast, don’t remember the name. The food in every restaurant was excellent.Next time we go to Reno we are staying at the Eldorado.

Food options were great and open late. Only thing that was a little inconvenient were the elevators to the parking garage. Only one worked and it got very backed up. But the stairs were an easy option.

The Peppermill never fails to exceed my expectations as it always basks us in luxury and comfort as well as style. The Tuscany Towers never disappoints

We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

Top notch property for adults and pets. Great breakfast as well.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The property location was ideal for shopping, eating, and ease of access to the freeway. The property itself also had a lot of things to do (swimming, basketball, access to a little lake, outside fire pit, etc.).

There are restaurant option around the area. The staff are very helpful and did above and beyond while we were there. We had a good stay. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.

had to have parking pass-but casino players took all parking without passes_not enforced

The room was absolutely fabulous. It was super clean which is a plus. The only thing that was a down fall, was that we got 2 keys upon arrival. We wanted 1 more. After getting the one additional, it canceled out our other 2 cards. When we took them back to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said "Yeah that happens". If he knew that he should have given us all new cards. We just spent 13 hours driving and just wanted to rest and not deal qith something he knew was going to be an...

I’ve stayed here before and LOVED it! It looks a little dated on the outside but has been completely redone inside and is lovely, and the staff is FANTASTIC! It’s so clean and nice.
