"The location was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nail salon, spa, and only 15 drive to the port of Miami. The staff were amazing, friendly and very informative. The shuttle service is very affordable and the driver was very helpful. Overal 10/10. The only technical difficulty encountered were their elevators but the staff was on point helping all the guest getting to their rooms."

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

It was only a one night stay before a cruise. Was able to book transportation to the port and the driver was awesome. None of the shower soap/shampoo dispensers were full, but it was only a one night stay so I didn’t complain and I just used my own.
I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. Beautiful art deco hotel and property in the heart of the action. The lobby area had cozy seating along with the open air restaurant seating next to the charming pool area. Staff were very attentive and fun. Highly recommend this property.
I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel.
