"I had a great experience from check in to the room to the breakfast. The front counter was friendly and helpful even with having phones ringing and a line of people. The shuttle driver from the airport was outstanding! He tried to let everyone that was waiting he'd be back he was full. Breakfast was far better than I had expected. My family lit up with it having the waffle maker. Budget friendly for the area with amazing staff."

"It was a warm welcome from the start! Staff was Amazing they held our luggage while we went & ate until we got back to get into our room. We just got off our cruise ship that morning & we were in our room by 1pm it was perfect & the staff was just wonderful! We will stay here again whenever we come to Miami. "
