Great experience. Definitely will return. The hotel was clean and didnt smell. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The casino was clean and didnt have the lingering scent of nicotine and smoke. Food was delicious and the servers were also attentive as well.

Nice hotel , good food

Everything was good . But,,,, All the weed smoke smell at the pool and hot tub was terrible it was hard to stay still and enjoy …the food was great all was great we will be back soon .

The Bell captain was a little rude but the front desk and housekeeping were excellent.

MY PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE HARD ROCK HOTEL BUT EXPEDIA We were celebrating our “35th” wedding anniversary and booked a stay at the Hard Rock Cafe through Expedia at the recommendation of a friend. Once the reservation was made for “1” day, we tried to upgrade for an additional day and then found out that we were in A smoking room. I immediately tried to reach out too customer service and make. The staff was excellent!!! They were friendly and courteous! The hotel is close to beach, close to local dining, (recommend Yianni's for a yummy breakfast) and hotel offers shuttle service to casinos and outlets! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers

The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms! Double sinks. On 33rd floor, ocean view. Room was big, very comfortable bed! Room service was perfect-great breakfast. Between Resorts Casino and Hard Rock next door, we had over 35 restaurants to choose from. Beautiful bar, restaurant, cold drinks pavilion right out front on beach. Free loaner towels. Very clean, not crowded beach. Excellent stay!

The bathroom sink is clogged. Which is very disgusting that the water don’t run. The rest all good

Upon arrival we received a free upgrade in rooms. We were originally only staying one night but decided to extend. The views from our balcony were amazing. The gym was small but never crowded so no biggie. The restaurant also had great views. There was also a game/ arcade room with skee ball air hockey and pool tables. The studio suite we stayed in was the size of a one bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen along wish plates and pots. Even wine glasses!!! Anytime we asked the staff a question...

What a wonderfule place! A refurbished Atlantic City Guest House from the past. Really cute and the breakfast (included) was outstanding! Eggs, bacon, sausage, home baked pastries and cakes; breads and muffins; cereals; fruit; juices. Surpassed my expectations! Beautifully remodeled, but kept the history! Take a chance on this one! Right next to the Tropicana and no problem with parking in their private lot! And the Pub is open 24 hours!

All good for a 1 night stay

Our room was beautiful, with period pieces, and very comfortable. The amenities and free entry into the kitchen were homey touches and much appreciated. Breakfast was graciously served and delicious. All in all, a great stay!

We stayed in the Dennis tower through expedia. As someone who used to work in hotels, I know third party rooms are usually the worst in the house. So I set my expectations low, but I was very impressed. Yes the tower was outdated, but it was clean. I didn’t find a single hair on the floor, or stain on the linen. I check for bed bugs at every hotel, there were none. Parking was easy and cheap, $10. The elevators form the garage stunk like vomit/sweat/urine all combine which was gross. That...

We were really comfortable here. Plus the breakfast was great. It a lil drive to the casinos but overall we didn’t mind.

My Nobu Hotel room was clean and I had a lovely view outside my window since I was on the top or 44th floor of Hotel. It would have been nice if there was a refrigerator in the room. Also my bathroom was missing soap for my shower so I had to use the hand soap to bathe.
