"Clean room, friendly staff, great location. Hotel is close to the airport & many eating options. Located in a quiet area but still close to everything.(downtown was less than 15 minutes away) The rooms were spacious & clean. Some furniture is a little outdated but comfortable. Many other reviews mentioned having hot water issues - this was not a problem for us. Water was hot. Pool & hot tub were a great plus. Staff was very friendly & made sure to speak to guests as we would come in & out. Would def recommend this hotel, we will stay again next time we r in Baltimore "

"the room was great, clean and the amenities were up to date, the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. the fact that there was a free shuttle willing to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the school was very accommodating. the breakfast buffet was delicious this will definitely be my go to hotel for Baltimore"
