"Smelled like cigarette smoke. Sheets smelled like cigarettes & had burn holes. Shower curtain also had burn holes. It was fine for a few nights. "

"This was a very pleasant experience. I travel often for work and personal. The grounds look like a townhouse or condo development. Staff was accommodating, room was clean, well kept like a nice studio apartment. Full breakfast basic but good. The only things concerning was the room was on the second level of the townhouse, no elevator. This should have been better communicated also they require a $500 deposit which apparently They send notice via an email sometime before you visit."

"The pool wasn’t open but it wasn’t stated on the website and that was the main reason for having a stay so my grandchildren were disappointed."

"No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good."

"Not the worst I've stayed in. However, also not the worst by a mile. They are going through renovations which explains the haphazard appearance. Close to locations downtown including the hospital. GREAT continental breakfast. I did see other guests giving the staff trouble but if I'm being honest, the guests were rude to them. Pleasent, quiet and off main roads while being accessible. A grade."
