Great place, Only a walk away to restaurants and board walk. We had the pent house unit and if it was not for the wind we would have slept on the balcony!

Two friends and I stayed here before the Lost City trek. The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely rooftop deck serving delicious meals, is very well located and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they were not only friendly but incredibly helpful on our return from the trek. They called the airline for us to change flights, stored our luggage, and provided extensive advice. Couldn't be happier about this hotel and would stay again!
El hotel presenta buenas instalaciones pero a la hora de brindar apoyo en lo que sería el desayuno l@s meser@s no son atentos.
Frente al lobby se solicito una plancha y demoraron 50 minutos en traerla a la habitación, situación que fue incómoda porque no podíamos cambiarnos sin tener la ropa planchada.
Finalmente al inicio de la reserva el servicio en whatsapp es ineficiente porque no brindan respuesta inmediata ( esto se presentó a la hora de solicitar un servicio de transporte)

I truly enjoyed my stay at Alko Cotona. The bed was suuuuper comfortable, the room immaculately clean, location is perfect (right by main drag for eating and drinking as well as only a few minutes from the beach!) — rooftop pool and restaurant/bar also great, with a view of the ocean/marina on one side and the mountains on the other.

Hotel is an oasis! Beautiful, boutique hotel. We struggled a little to communicate with the staff, but they were all incredibly friendly and the service was wonderful. The bathroom in the standard room is not separate, so you can see into the shower from the bed, regardless, comfortable, well-kept room.
A very comfortable room (we stayed in one with two queen beds) with a great air conditioner. The location is excellent -- very close to Parque de los Novios, but is on a quieter street that does not have the traffic and noise closer to the park. The room's large-screen TV offers a great selection of cable channels. We were also impressed with the breakfast -- a traditional Colombian meal of eggs, arepa, toast, and natural juice.
