Great older property. Was clean. Did not get makeup service the first night. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Has wonderful coffee machine in lobby.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was courteous and the room was clean. Right next to the Red Line train so very easy to get to from the airport.

The hotel itself was nice and a great place for our stay but the parking situation was unexpected. They offer valet covered parking in a supposedly safe garage but they told us there was no guarantee that the car wouldn’t get broken into. We ended up parking in the street and thankfully had no issues with break ins! The area this hotel is in is decent in terms of decent level of unhoused people

The Heathman is beautiful and the staff are great. We had a few problems, though. We went to our room after being out and the door card didn’t work. We asked for help and they forgot about us. We had to call a second time. It turns out the battery had died. It took quite some time to get us in the room and we almost missed the performance we had paid for, next door. Then, when we left, it was apparent that one of the valet staff had changed the radio station and got the floor quite dirty. The...

Great staff, good breakfast and clean room off highway. LOUD staff in hallway starting at 6 am with their music playing.

Perfect day away

The room style was old fashion motel and small. However, it was very clean and well kept. What amazed me was how quiet it was. I slept well and that was so important.

I will definitely stay here again - convenient location and quiet room.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown making it easy to navigate the downtown area by foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and very clean with a great shower.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the second time, and I found it to be quite satisfactory. The hotel is nice. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the area around the hotel has many dining and shopping options. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I will likely return.

Literally only ‘complaint’ the pool was ice cube cold and hot tub jets didn’t work. BUT everything else was great!! And front desk staff very welcoming and funny!

The room was great, the shower - amazing!

Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.

Nice place to stay. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. But Breakfast was a little disappointing.

It was close to so many things we enjoy to do

We stayed one night before our flight, and the staff and hotel were super!! There was a lot of variety for breakfast and it was really good. The room was really clean and accommodating for the 5 of us and our bags, the sofa couch was really comfortable. Would totally recommend this hotel and next time in Portland we'll be back.
