There are tons of things to do right at the bed and breakfast. Canoeing, kayaking, watching bald eagles, seeing the salmon run are all right there. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and have binders full of restaurants in the area along with another binder with hiking trails. They are gracious enough to make you a copy of any hiking map you need.

Loved this little cabin in the woods. We had the Eagles nest cable. Great for just me and my husband. Comfortable bed, very clean and the area around was great. Wonderful front porch- Wish we had more time to spend there.
Northern Nights is in a great location, close to the scenic waterfront, right next door to the excellent Seward Library and History Center, and a short walk from a lot of great shops and restaurants in historic downtown Seward. Sarah, your hostess, has comprehensive information and recommendations about things to see and do. The B&B itself is bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are outstanding.
No hassle check-in on ground floor right in front of our parking space. No noisy patrons up and down the halls (no halls). Modest little place has rooms as nice as I’ve experienced in big motels, roomy, very tastefully decorated and soothing, some nice little amenities like pretty ceramic mugs for hot drinks from the coffee maker. We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. After we saw the ocean view picture on the website, we immediately canceled our earlier booking in another local hotel and chose this one.
