"I had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. "

"Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call."

"I spent one night at The Central Park Hotel while visiting Pune for a wedding, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and located within easy walking distance of several amenities. Pune is also much more pleasant to walk around than Delhi, which made the location even better. "Your staff is excellent. I want to recognize some of your exemplary employees. Nikita and Lili at the front desk were superb. I travel around the world and Bapu is one of the best drivers that I have ever had, he was simply outstanding. Panday and Prashant at the front door were excellent. Suresh, the housekeeper was very good. And the wait staff and manager at the outdoor dining area on the rooftop were all very good. Thank you, your hotel made Pune my favorite city in India."

"Excellent housekeeping and prompt response from maintenance staff. Reception staff was generally great. Room was pathetic with cockroach infection, fittings that were fallingbapart including a/c control. Telephones did not work or have a ceackle on the line. Maytress needed replacement. Shower was leaking and had to be fixed. awrc"
