We like staying at Graduate but feel parking shouldnt be extra.

The hotel clerk was absolutely awesome. I didn't catch his name, but he was a black male who was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. I will come back to this hotel largely because of his kindness and professionalism.

I love the Symphony! It is the only place I stay when in Cincinnati. It’s safe, quiet, quaint, great parking, the sheets are awesome wonderfully soft, Egyptian Cotton, mattress is comfortable, even my very picky daughter loved our stay. But if that doesn’t bring you in, the breakfast should. The crustless bacon cheese quiche is still making my mouth water just thinking about it. Fresh fruit, yogurt and great coffee. I can’t wait to be back at my Symphony. You will not want to stay anywhere else.

Stayed here for the Bengals game and it was a great stay! Close to the stadium, numerous options for getting to and from the game without having to drive ourselves! Great breakfast in the morning, friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The location of the property was excellent! The staff was wonderful the room was immaculate! Check-in process was so easy and the gentleman that checked me and let me know everything that was going on around town the best dining, where to park etc. Would love the room the bed was so comfortable! They do offer a free continental breakfast. I was not impressed with the breakfast 😔 but I'm thankful they had waffles that turned out pretty good the sausage was gross in the scrambled eggs very very...

The staff was very friendly. Large room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Clean. No restaurant but there have some food available. Small bar area connected to the lobby.

I enjoyed breakfast selection in the morning. I also like the friendly front desk staff.

I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed over night for Reds Home Opener. Great hotel, wonderful service. Location is ideal.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

My husband and I stay at this hotel a few times per year. We are never disappointed and I've recommended to others. Great location,great staff and rooms are very clean. Finally experienced the rooftop bar which was amazing.

Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. Pool is fantastic. Double queen rooms are so spacious.

Great hotel in a nice location and friendly staff, the fact that hotels dont offer daily housekeeping anymore is beyond my understanding
