"The property is in a great location, just across the street from the marina and just a short walk to bars, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and a good size. There was no pool or hot tub. The parking is on site."

"What an amazing place!! Our room was beautiful, with a small balcony, nice shower with 2 shower heads and a handheld. The common rooms were wonderful- several separate rooms to relax, read, or chat. Grand piano. Fresh baked cookies. A guest pantry with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. The Inn was centrally located, easy to walk to all of St. Augustine’s attractions. Free parking around the corner, which was a great benefit. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes were available- we used all of these. On site pool. But the star of the Kenwood Inn was the 3 course gourmet breakfast each morning!! We needed to leave early 1 morning, and Pat put aside our 3rd course to enjoy later. We also needed to check out early the last day, and the chef prepared a delicious breakfast to go. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. Augustine in the future! Thanks to Pat and the staff for making our stay so delightful! "

"The best shower water pressure I have had! Room was small but okay size for the building. Bed was typical. Clean & Updated. Parking wasn’t as bad as people make it seem. We were able to have valet. Just have to get there and stay or park at a nearby church. Pool is not heated or maybe not on during our stay. I’d stay there again. "

"I can only speak for room number nine. There is nowhere in the shower to place a bar of soap while you’re showering. The air conditioning is either on full blast or off. There are lights that do not work. Parking is three blocks away. All at all, it is an old hotel, but not particularly special. It has a great cocktail bar out front facing the water. But, I would not stay again."
