"Staff was great but property was dated."

"I thought the price of this hotel is outrageous. There is no continental breakfast. They state that they have free shuttles over to Port Canaveral for your cruise departures but that is nothing but false advertisement If you are looking for a night or two of relaxation then this is not the place for you. I was on lower level and all I heard were people walking and talking outside my window as they pulled their luggage down the cobblestone walkway. It didn’t help when unsupervised children run around and pull the fire alarm and we have to evacuate our rooms at bedtime "

"First of all, the pictures online showing the rooms and views were not accurate. It doesn't show that there is a building in front of it blocking the view they show online. The pool was clean and the waffles were good. The room was not very clean and the tub was gross. There was a lot of hair in the tub/shower. The room smelled like a dog. The beverage machine where the free breakfast is located was terrible. The orange juice didn't taste like orange juice, the apple juice tasted awful and the juice was watered down and tasted like nothing. I paid $400.00 for one night and it was not at all worth it."

"This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room smelled, the property was loud well past midnight, and the room was dirty. I saw so many excellent reviews for this property and had high hopes for this but was very disappointing."

"I went to Cape Carnaveral to watch the Falcon 9 launch, which was so impressive. Convenient driving to KSC and Cocoa Beach. Breakfasts (not free) are provided by third party restraunt at Level 1. Free coffee at lobby. Hotel cleans the room every the other day. Using the pool need to go through restraunt. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"It smells of mold or mildew. It’s Florida, near the beach, so there will be a bit of mold no matter which hotel you stay in, so I’m mentioning it in case someone is sensitive to mold. But you really can’t avoid it this close to the beach. The tub was pretty gross. I don’t doubt the rooms are cleaned, it’s just old and stepped on by a bunch of people with dirty feet, I guess. The non slip pad in the middle of the tub looked grubby. Somehow, my bf and I both had small red blisters on our feet the next day, and for a week or so. No idea why happened there but I suspected the shower. They didn’t look like bedbug bites. They were blisters with white on top but were not painful or itchy. They were gone in two weeks. The bed was comfortable and the room looked clean, though the remote was super dirty. The room was facing the pool and the view was nice. Breakfast was decent, complete with waffles and some other hot foods like scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy. I appreciated the availability of hot chocolate mix to make a mocha with, and some small Nutella single serve packets for waffles or whatever. Not many indoor tables, and it was extremely hot and crowded in that small room. Outdoor might have been a better option for us. Other people were eating outside. It was cheap and close to Port Canaveral/cruise ship, very close. There was some good, some bad, but this is what you get in this budget."
