"The Sally Webster was a perfect stay! It was very clean and comfortable (those beds!!!!!). The room was beautiful and they stocked it with complimentary water bottles and k-cups which was so nice to have. The room also had a mini fridge with a mini freezer which was very convenient. It also was perfectly located - only a 5 min walk to downtown and 10 min walk to the beach. Free parking was available and the room was cleaned on a daily basis."

The Addison Choate was great! Very nice property and room was updated and clean. Service was great, room was ready early and breakfast was delicious. Quick walk to the water and Bearskin Neck.
I wasn't expecting much when I booked with Vista, but as soon as I got there I was impressed. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcome and took the time to explain everything you needed to know while staying there. Our room was a little dated, but it was spacious, and very clean! I love to travel and I have to say it was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at. When I booked I was concerned about the view I would be getting based off of others reviews...but I was pleasantly surprised...
Service was outstanding and the continental breakfast, cookies and cider available during the day... and the view was nothing short of spectacular... and only 45 minutes from Boston Logan airport.
I was hesitant after reading some of the previous complaints, but booked The Cove on a whim. I absolutely LOVED my stay. It was in a quite, safe neighborhood and we were able to walk anywhere that we needed to go! The view of the beach across the street was wonderful and we loved that we could open the windows and catch the ocean breeze. We felt safe sleeping with the windows open and were never awakened by other guests or traffic noises.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great - walking distance to the waterfront, main shops and attractions. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast automatically delivered to our room every morning was a real treat. We would stay there again and recommend it to all travelers.

The staff was so nice. They don't have an elevator but a very nice man took our bags up the stairs. We were upgraded free to a bigger room with a view, that was very nice of them. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Other people complain because the hotel is a little dated but the staff works hard to keep the rooms clean and the views are so pretty and the town is gorgeous so who wants to be in the hotel the whole time anyway? 😊 We will definitely be back.
Having stayed here many times in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the recent upgrades to both the property and the rooms. The improvements made for an even more enjoyable experience and helped make our stay in Rockport that much better. We look forward to returning!
Great staff, beautiful aesthetic and charming. We happened upon the Briar Barn looking for a quaint place to sleep for the night. This place was beyond our expectations and we are already planning another visit, with friends, to stay and see the sights of the area. We are New Yorkers and were so impressed by they service, the cleanliness, the vibe, the amenities and the space. We will come back and recommend to others.
