"Hotel and staff was great, so was the breakfast. We were disappointed that the shuttle to Disneyland stopped the month before and nobody notified us. That was the whole reason we chose that hotel. We ended up having to take an uber to and from. Very disappointing. "

It was too late to get another place, w/o doubling up the cost. No convenient stores nearby. Never again. We talked to office staff and front desk who were not helpful. We maintained our own room and the cleaning staff were helpful when they could understand. I would not suggest."

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, specifically regarding bedding, and carpets]. This experience was far below the standard I expected and made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. I believe this matter needs your immediate attention to ensure other guests do not have a similar experience."
