"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Trilok Residency. The standout feature of this property is definitely the incredible hospitality and helpful management. Navigating the crowded Varanasi streets can be overwhelming, but the staff went completely out of their way to help. They provided an amazing porter service and even dropped me off on a bike through the damn busy streets to ensure I made it easily.On top of that, they arranged highly reliable and genuine cabs for my airport pickups and drops, as well as a trip to Prayagraj. While the location itself in the narrow lanes can be a bit challenging to navigate, the staff's unmatched helpfulness and care completely make up for it. I highly recommend staying here if you want peace of mind during your Kashi trip!"

"Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India."

"The property lives up to its promise. What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. Big shout out to Kaif who helped coordinate it all within minutes of booking. Great experience overall and a no brainer if you're looking to book a hotel in the city."

The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and feature large, well-appointed bathrooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities are excellent, and the pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff are courteous, attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. "Hotel is quite basic for the rates charged. It requires updating and more 3 pin plug sockets. The location is perfect for prayers etc as it's by the river. The restaurant serves extremely nice veg food at a reasonable price."
