"Great stay, as I was IHG member lovely lady at reception upgraded our room to superior room. Staff very friendly. Hotel is within walking distance to metro to get around Madrid."
"We only had one night here, but it was great. What an amazing location! And the rooftop is just perfect (pool, bar, etc.). Room furnishings were a tiny bit worn on the edges, but easy to overlook. Bed was the most comfortable we slept on in Spain. Great experience overall - this will be our go-to in Chueca moving forward."
"I arrived 3 hours earlier, and I told staff I had a long flight. The staff accommodate me early without any any extra charge. The hotel its clean, secure , great to stay in Madrid."

Excellent hotel at an excellent location. We got a free upgrade to a huge deluxe room witha small balcony. The hotel is 1-minute walk from a metro station, and in walking distance from many restaurants and cafe's. Really nice staff and great breakfast complemented our enjoyment...
Found this hotel at last minute and wow, we were impressed. It was like having our own apartment fully finished with comfortable bed living area large TV washing machine and kitchen. Location was great and receptionist at check in was helpful friendly and fast.
Always choose One Shot Hotels because of their high standards. Great location, quiet street and close to metro system. Safe area and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room was clean, great bed and pillows, rain shower, the breakfast was great with non lactose milk, farm eggs, whole wheat breads and good coffee. Some sweets.
The staff was very helpful. We left very early to the train station and Cristina make sure that we got a small breakfast in a bag, Erika helped us to confirming...
We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed, including shaving and dental kits, shower caps, and a variety of cute little bottles of toiletries. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. We’ll definitely...
As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. "Fresh" squeezed orange juice daily. Complimentary beer, wine, sandwiches, small salads, coffee and tea all day. An honor liqueur bar. Very clean and well...
I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
The Wellington Hotel is very well located and it is truly a 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable, with great amenities, nightly turndown service, and an excellent executive lounge. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The restaurants in he hotel are great, including a michelin starred restaurant.
We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
Very convenient location for walking to many shops and bars and restaurants. Even Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts one block away
Staff was young, spoke English and very helpful.
Loved our location with a small balcony overlooking the street. The windows and shutters did an amazing job blocking out street noise and lights.
Minor problems: not much overall good lighting. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedside lights--there was a switch on the bottom of the bed along with a switch...
