"Room was clean but hotel needs some maintenance. While in a stand in shower the water backed up so it was like standing in a tub filled with water. There were minimal lights in the room and we had one day where we had no water or flushing toilets because of a pipe break. The casino was okay but super smokey wish there were better ventilation. The location of Planet Hollywood is excellent!"

"I find it annoying that after you pay so much to be in their hotel and dump money at the casino they have the nerve to charge $40 per person for the adult pool, $100 for a lounge chair at the regular pool, extra for a tube for the lazy river, an umbrella, an enclosed lounge and on and on and on!!!! I understood breakfast was free but that wasn't true."

"The hotel was really interesting and would be very fun for a family. Staff was not helpful when checking in or checking out, everything is done at a kiosk and it’s very confusing where to go what to do, especially when using a 3rd party to book. All in all it was a nice trip and I was happy to have a safe and fun place to sleep"
