"Free parking"

"breakfast was good but the advertisement said on the beach and I was 1 block away. that was false advertisement. the room was clean but it smelled terribly. there are 3 Best Western buildings, 1 on the beach, 1 for the lobby and another one which are separate buildings. I had to go to 1 building to check in and then go to another building. I think it was very inconvenient. I left a night early as I couldn't take the smell "

"Room was clean and as described/pictured, the staff was very professional and friendly all around. We didn't get the breakfast but we did enjoy plenty of time by the pool and hot tub. Lovely vibes throughout as well. "

"Staff were phenomenal! Lou in the evening was the best!! The pool was great, the activities for kids/families were great, and we had a wonderful time there! As a footnote I would add more pillows would be wonderful (we only had two per queen bed.) But it wasn't detrimental to our stay. Thanks all!"

"Great stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Beach-Port Canaveral! The staff was friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location—close to the beach and super convenient for Port Canaveral. Overall, a smooth and relaxing experience. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Was woken up around 3am by an employee of the hotel trying to open the door to my room. Luckily i had the door latch in place to prevent it from fully opening. I walked to the door amd asked through the door what they wanted. He stated he was an employee there and said they didnt ha e a record of anyone registered to my room and asked for my name. I gave him my name and he left. Needless to say i had trouble falling back asleep after that odd, discomforting encounter. Then later im the morning i was woken up again by the guests in the room next to me screaming at each other for 15 min or so. I wont be staying at this property again. I wanted to bring this up to a manager or employee at check out but there was no one in sight at the front desk. "

"Spacious room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and pier. Will stay again when in the area."

"Breakfast was fantastic and the views are incredible. one thing with this hotel is very weird is that there are no lobby section for hanging out or relaxing. The big portion of the lobby is the restaurant surprisingly which is very redundant in size!! There are no business rooms or quiet rooms for meetings! but Overall was a great stay."
