"Hello, I recently stayed at the Lady Luck hotel and unfortunately, don't have a positive review. The entire buildings AC was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room; even with the window open (4 inches) it was impossible to sleep. Also, the elevators are horrible, and take an average time of 5-10 minutes! This place seemed to be operating in White Lotus survival mode honestly. I'd love for management to reach out and either refund my money or comp it. Sadly, nothing really sticks out as a positive about Lady Luck when Monarch is right across the street."

"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."

"The room was just as described. Good communication with staff. Everything was great. There are good amenities and it’s close to the store and other options for food. "

"We knew going in that the Argo is a budget hotel. It's clearly an older property and we weren't expecting the Ritz. The bed was clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. The room has a cute little patio overlooking Clear Creek. The room was really cold when we arrived, and it look a while for it to warm up. The shower was ok, but the water never really got hot. It was barely warm, and I was more chilled getting out than when I got in. Towels were another issue. There were only 2 bath towels; not enough for a couple. The coffee set up was also inadequate. There was only 1 each of regular coffee, decaf, tea, and cocoa; also not enough for a couple. The tv worked fine, but there we were unable to find any movie channels, or any info on how to navigate the available ones. "
