We enjoyed our stay at The Companion hotel! The rooms are small, but designed well so that you still feel like you have plenty of space for storage and separation of bathroom ammenities. The gentlemen at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. There is a great restaurant and bar located at the property and it is also conveniently located to the train station, making it easily accessible to everywhere in Vienna. Overall, this hotel is a great value!
Everything is excellent except internet connection is not very reliable.
The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working.
Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights.

We had the most wonderful stay in Vienna. The apartment was steps from the subway and 4 stops from the main city center. There was a grocery store on every corner and bars and restaurants were also close. The apartment was modern and spotless.
Numa is a fabulous new hidden gym in the heart of Vienna's 4 corners. While the main street itself is loud, the hotel is sound proof, irrelevant which side of the building you're on.

I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! Wonderful staff and breakfast. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities! Easy to get there with the metro...you literally come up out of the subway and arrive at the hotel. Very cool views of St Stephens church and the delightful Christmas market!
