Great staffs

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being kind and professional. We particularly appreciated Julia's caring touch, to proactively looking after comfort of the guests who were yet to arrive at the hotel late at night, and offered an upgrade of our room. We also appreciated Ethan's helpfulness and kindness with his bellman service, handling our luggage from our room to load up to our cab all by himself. Eunkyung from the restaurant, Demetre, was also very nice...

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

This hotel goes above and beyond. Can confidently say it's been my family's favorite stay in all of Asia so far. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back:)

Incredible experience. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. I needed help printing some documents and they took care of it. I stayed there for six nights and on the last day they gave me a complimentary breakfast. Very customer oriented hotel.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...

日本語スタッフのホスピタリティーが素晴らしかったです

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

4th time staying here and love it.
