"It's a good hotel for Nepal and close to the ring road on that side of the valley so we don't need to travel across the whole valley to get up to the monastery and things on the west side. Hope this hotel sticks around, it's really good, service is good, room is good, bathroom is great, internet is great. The only issues I had was noisy neighbours. "The hotel was very quiet with a lovely well maintaine garden and pool at the front. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice inclusing Nepali dishes (my preference over 'western' food!). You could walk easily to Thamel.

"I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice. I highly recommend the Indian restaurant (we visited it twice) & the room service (was so good) and the outdoor lounge. Breakfast was very good & different than usual options. But needs more space if some groups attend the breakfast.

If I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport. It would definitely be the Krishna Hotel.
Clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast included. Only drawback was that since my flight left in the evening, I requested to stay in the room until early evening, but they said they would charge almost a full nights additional cost. So I checked out at noon and stayed in the lobby until time to go to the airport, no problem with that.
Given the costs, the facility was good. They put us in nicer room for two nights and they gave me much smaller room in rest of the days. I didn’t appreciate moving to inferior room later.
despite the proximity to the Tribhuvan airport, it was secluded and quiet. I enjoyed being woken up by a rooster and hearing the chickens in the middle of the city. It is a small room buy they try to provide an excellent experience. Worth the price. I actually walked there from the airport with my bags in tow.
