"The staff is very helpful and professional, cleaning is ok but can be better. This is our 5 th year here at the Fairmont Monaco. We certainly plan to come back…"
"Amazing hotel and great location. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers."
"A lovely hotel right by the cathedral. Super comforable bed and the most wonderful facilities, including access to a terrasse. Very helpful staff, super clean rooms - and just excellent alround. So easy to communicate with re. arrival and checkout. We will be back."
"Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely boutique style hotel, and i loved that entry wasn't through an easily lost/forgotten key or card, but with a code to get in. Very very modern with a very rustic French charm. I loved it!
Great location as well. Only 10 min walk to the old town and the beach."
"Very clean rooms, fresh furniture, good beds, small but very clean and practical (also newly renovated) bathrooms, daily cleaning and on top of all very helpful personnel at reception. Also, close to the central station in Nice, and the main shopping street and 20-25 min walking to the beaches. a great place to stay also if you enjoy local restaurants and you will skip the tourist traps with high prices."

Without a doubt this was the best and most impressive hotel I have ever stayed at. large comfortable room with modern ammenities - clean and modern. The location is convenient and walkable to all areas. The staff were always pleasant and made you feel welcome. i could not have been more pleased with my stay at The Port Palace.
Breakfast bar in the morning was great. Drip coffee could have been better but espresso was fine, food was very fresh and offered wide variety. View was from top floor overlooking the ocean.. 10/10.
Great location - right in the centre of the old town, and a very short walk from the seafront.
Room was lovely - high ceiling, nice design, good AC (very necessary in August!)
Not a typical hotel - no breakfast facilities, no big lobby and amenities - but we didn’t miss that at all: there’s tea making facilities, and there’s great coffee shops and restaurants right downstairs
Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!
From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.
The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.
Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.
The hotel was beautiful with great air conditioning. It was in a wonderful location close to shopping and old Nice. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay at the Hotel Ambassador! The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near old town and there are plenty of parking options nearby if you’re renting a car. Lastly, the staff is awesome and were very accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Although one of the more expensive options in the area, it was worth every penny.
the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.
