"You can tell the property was once a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, it has become somewhat run down and needs a good cleaning. The staff was very nice. Concierge was extremely helpful. Location is perfect to catch a cruise ship."

"The room was very nice but instead of a hotel room with typical amenities it was like an apartment. Nice space in living room kitchen but bedroom, shower area were really lacking. AC units couldn't keep up and shower handle was broken. So for the the price it fell over priced. Only redeeming thing is the manager apologized over and over. All of the staff were extremely nice."
