"We have stated at this building for years when it was a hotel and now that it’s private residência we decided to book this apartment for the long weekend with my friend and my 11 month son. The space was clean, the room was a great layout with everything you could want to cook, make coffee and tea in the morning, and even an air fryer :) the bathroom was beautifully decorated and a good use of space. Plenty of areas for our luggage to be stored as well. The communication with Artur the host was...

"Excelente localização. Proprietários e funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto com algum desgaste normal de imoveis à beira mar (dobradiça enferrujada, ...), mas nada que desabone o local. Frigobar e ar condicionado muito bons. Gelam bastante se quisermos. "

"Hotel sem manutenção nenhuma. Precisa de uma reforma urgente! O funcionário que nos atendeu no check in no período da tarde, queria cobrar o estacionamento sendo que consta que é gratuito. Esse hotel não está em condições de acomodação"
