"I had a great experience at Su’ro. The owner/host (Kris) was very nice, he provided a lot of information about Gent, and he was interesting to talk with. The room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and substantial (included eggs, ham, cheese, various breads with a variety of jams & spreads, yogurt, cereal, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee). Kris provided a bicycle for me to use for free. I highly recommend Su’ro."

Wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was quick and clear. Lots of thought put in to additional touches. Would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Ghent.
Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay.
For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic.
Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.
The building has it's antique style of the city. Located in a great location a block away for a tram. The room we were in was a suite very specious. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Very clean.
The staff are amazing! Very helpful and attentive to the guests. Thr cleaning staff were very considerate and professional to our needs. We had great conversations.
The breakfast was excellent! The coffee was rich in flavor.

The hosts were very nice and helpful with advice for our travels. Breakfast was fabulous, and our room was comfortable and clean with a large jetted bathtub that was perfect.
I had mixed feelings on one of the front desk workers but everyone else was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, if a little stark. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the pastries. My only real complaint was that the room was too warm and I couldn't get it to cool down.
Really helpful and welcoming staff, they are used to travelers and had people who could speak multiple languages. Was easy to get to from the train station, right in the middle of the downtown area, and extremely clean. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I recommend.
We stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. Located in the middle of the city center, with everything a short walk away. The hotel itself has very nice rooms and amenities, along with the wonderful cocktail bar. A memorable property and somewhere we hope to stay again.
