"This is a gorgeous home with two self-contained guest rooms that serve as the ideal base from which to explore Beuvron-en-Auge. The room was comfortable and tasteful, with its own desperate toilet and shower room. Sylvie is a very helpful host and made a lot of effort to ensure my partner and I had all the information we needed for our visit, despite our lack of French. The breakfast provided was excellent. "Very handy location on the edge of Bayeux with easy parking. The chateau has been nicely restored and an interesting guide to it's history is provided in the bedroom. Nice grounds with shady areas to sit and relax. Great choice for a plentiful breakfast. The crepes were lovely."

"The Hotel Manoir de Mathan was really nice we had a ground floor room which was huge it had every thing you needed even a kettle, the furnishing was to a high level the owner was a lovely lady, really friendly and helpful, and suggested a very nice restaurant which didn't disappoint breakfast was very nice, we only had a continental breakfast, definitely go back "
