"It’s hard to call this hotel a hotel. Should they position themself as a hostel and charge 20€, it would be ok. No reception after 7pm and they don’t respond. No basic amenities like towels or soap. Obviously no A/C and you can’t sleep either the open windows since it faces a street which never sleeps. Very disturbing that Expedia would keep that kind of property on their list"

Very appealing pricewise. Wasn´t expecting much but got surprised. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel was modern, very clean and nice. Area was very calm and quiet and had a number of restaurants right next door to the hotel.
This stay exceeded all of my expectations. Christian attended to my every need from greeting at the gate to taking care of a complete breakfast right outside my room. the facilities were amazing, the room was very comfortable, the garden beautiful. It was a slice of heaven.
We needed to change our reservation date and the proprietor was very helpful as we worked through this with Expedia to make it happen. The room was nicely appointed and it had a large bathroom. Breakfast the next day was excellent.
We arrive at the hotel around 8AM after an overnight flight from JFK and we were provided a room. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. The town of Pierrefonds is a delight and a tour of the castle is mandatory. The local bakery is not to be missed.
