The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. Wonderful hotel, the staff were sweet and attentive, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a couple of days. The shower was great, the bed was huge, there was a blow dryer (which is so fundamental when you're a lady with long hair traveling in the cold winter), and even though it was really cold outside, the room was warm even with the AC off. Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. Stayed at this hotel for one night as couple. Central location in Palermo Soho, nice lounge area where you can hang out (even after check out!) Delicious breakfast choice, and one can order hot dishes for free (scrambled eggs or omelets) one block away from two supermarkets (Carrefour and Dia Supermercado). SUPER friendly stuff!

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

We stayed at the Tango de Mayo Hotel on the backend of a multi-week trip to Argentina, right before heading home. After staying at a larger hotel closer to the Casa Rosada at the beginning of the trip, and then staying at several much smaller boutique hotels in Uruguay, the Tango de Mayo felt like is struck just the right balance between character and convenience. We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, it is nicer than 400 dollar hotels I stayed at in the us an Europe. The architecture is amazing and it looks just like the pictures, the food is good, the drinks are normal priced. I stayed in a suite for 89$. The hotel concierge will arrange travel, tours and transportation and the staff speaks English

Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. We loved this hotel. The pool was amazing!!! Alejo was the best always helpful! We loved him!! Also the two best employees in the front Augustina and Sergio Alvarenga went above and beyond to help us. We would come back just to see these three. They were the best!

All arrangements prior to arrival were schedule with the hotel and all done accordingly. Staff at the hotel were eager to assist, friendly and helpful at all times. Well kept facilities and our suite was great. The area had a good variety of restaurants, wine tasting classes, boutique stores,etc.

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!!
