"Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. I wasn’t comfortable with the room for the fist night so I asked for a change. I got an upgrade to a more comfortable room at a different tower. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent which is just adjacent to Raffles City Chengdu. "

"Good location. Breakfast spread was very good. Great executive lounge experience too. Bed was not as comfortable as I suspect it’s time to be replaced. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted as it was a central Aircon. Temp was not even through the night making unpleasant. Had to request for a fan as it could get warm on the room."

"We had a great view from our upgraded room in the high rise tower. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was pretty central. I like that they provide a laundry room with free machines, but there are only two washers and two dryers for the whole building, so plan ahead!"
