"Couldn’t figure out the tv remote and no front desk available for ques., terrible terrible coffee. Warm yogurt, no bananas. Bathroom had a sour smell and as always not enough wash cloths for women."

"I booked this stay because of the reviews. I’m not sure if maybe our room was just poorly kept? I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel based on the price, but I did think it would be a bit nicer than it was. The staff were all very sweet and the breakfast was a nice spread. However, the room was quite run down and poorly cleaned. There was a film (and even paint) on most furniture surfaces, and stains on the bed sheets. The carpet was torn up in multiple places, and the room felt grimy overall. The other guests were poorly behaved and clearly didn’t follow enforced rules (no pajamas at breakfast, kids running around unsupervised, smoking indoors, etc.) Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."

"We had problems with the door. The deadbolt locked every time we left the room and we could not open it. The carpets are worn and need replacing. The service was good though."
