"Feels like the hotel shouldn’t have been open yet. Staff didn’t know how to check people in; rooms were barely stocked; lobby was bare and completely uninviting. I would say maybe it will get better with time, but I’m not real confident in that. Rooms are tiny and the hotel feels sparse and unwelcoming."

"The room was lovely, a wonderful renovated motel, very clean with thoughtful amenities. What makes this property special is the staff and the walking proximity to downtown Bozeman. The staff at the hotel is so accommodating and kind, and you can communicate via text, making it very easy to request anything you need. They have ample parking (Yellowstone is only a 1.5 hr drive!) and downtown Bozeman less than a 10 minute walk. We will stay here again on our next visit!"
