"Much appreciation to the staff of this fun little boutique hotel. To a person they were friendly, charming, and helpful. I was made to feel super welcome. The property itself is very nice. I had a large ground floor room with a lovely patio -- it was too cold for me to spend much time out there in early January, but in warmer months it would be awesome. My room was bright, very clean, and lacked for nothing. The location is another great feature of 73 Boutique Hotel, just off one of the main pedestrian and shopping streets, in the old town, a short walk to the Duomo and the Lake. Overall, just a great, great place to stay in Como, which is an an incredible little city on a breathtakingly beautiful lake. "

"Palazzo Venezia has the best staff- from door man, bell desk, front desk, room cleaning service to restaurant service! We love this place and definitely will visit again!"

"No staff onsite. Suite was supposed to have a twin bed and queen bed. The twin bed was a chaise (not a real bed) and did not have sheets. "
