"The staff are incredibly helpful. Mahrous particularly on reception can’t do enough to help. But as a European traveler staying in lots of hotels, I cannot overly recommend this hotel as there are no amenities. I will stay again if visiting Riyadh for personal reasons (and for price!), but for business I have to stay somewhere better equipped to serve a business travelers needs. "

"This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."
