"Quiet and convenient location. Close to airport and easy access to the bus route which takes you to the bus station on the island of Venice.
Good breakfast and the shuttle service to the airport was a great service."
"Rooms were all modern, they also have a mini kitchen with stove and utensils/glassware if needed and nespresso machine with pods for use. Good location if you’re heading to the Marco Polo airport."
"Clean, nice hotel. Very convenient location to take train into venice and only cost €1.50- (just make sure you validate your train in the green machines on the platform after buying it or you get a nice fine)."

We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!
Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory...
The hotel was great for our stay and 3 minutes or so to the train station, but it was still very quiet. We used the train to go to Venice 2 days and one day each to Verona and Milan. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite firm though. The room had a water kettle and a coffee maker. We only ate breakfast there one day prior going to the airport and it was good and had a variety of food. Overall it was excellent for our needs although not luxurious.
The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. I was pleasantly surprised by the good restaurants that are very close to the hotel. Micheles, which was right across the street had awesome food. The surrounding neighborhood was not special to stroll, so that was the only...
Hotel Plaza Venice is an upscale property with clean and spacious rooms. We booked a 2 King bedroom for 4 adults and the room was large and the bathroom was big with a walk in shower with a hand held shower spray and a large ceiling rain shower head. There was a separate room for the toilet. The beds were medium firm and not rock hard, so that was OK for all of us that like soft beds. There is a restaurant in the property and the train station is across the street. The ride to the Venice island...
We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!
If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint!
With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe
We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...
Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.
It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!
Overall very satisfied with our room, included breakfast and the friendliness of the staff.
Pro's:
1. Hotel entrance faces the Grand Canal, and located very close to the Sant Angelo vaporetto water taxi stop (like 100 meters)
2. The front desk staff was extremely friendly at ALL times of the day and night. ALL questions answered including questions about Venice locations, tours, schedule of water taxi, and recommendations for local restaurants.
3. Our room was a junior suit with balcony...
This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...
Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable.
You won’t regret staying here:)
It’s the second time we stayed in the hotel. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Its location is ideal as in less than 5 minutes walking distance are all the main attractions. The facilities and rooms are at 5 star level.
