"My favourite hotel in Melbourne - top end of Bourke Street, which is a great area for restaurants, bars, green spaces etc. The hotel staff are wonderful - they always make me feel very welcome; their service is impeccable. The rooms are excellent - I usually book the premium king - just a note to ask for the larger ones - there are two different sizes. The slightly smaller one is still great, but I like to be able to walk around my space. I haven't tried the restaurant - Dollys."

"We received a warm welcome from the Reception staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant has a variety of meals, from snack food to specials. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The 24 hour shuttle service is excellent and the driver was friendly and very polite. We will definitely return whenever we need to access Tullamarine airport. Thank you ."
