Westown
Westown brings Milwaukee's heartbeat to life with major attractions that'll keep your entertainment calendar packed. Catch a Bucks game at Fiserv Forum or dive into history at the Milwaukee Public Museum. The Miller High Life Theatre and historic Pabst Theater serve up performances that range from Broadway shows to indie concerts. Between events, discover public art that tells the city's story. Downtown energy runs through the neighborhood with sleek hotel bars and bustling lunch spots that cater to both suits and tourists. Getting around is a breeze with excellent walkability and convenient bus connections. When event crowds surge, grab dinner early or slip into a hotel restaurant where the service is always on point.

Walker's Point

Converted brick warehouses now house art galleries and craft breweries while authentic taquerias line the streets. You can sample artisanal cheese at Clock Shadow Creamery or take a distillery tour at Great Lakes before checking out the colorful murals splashed across industrial facades. The neighborhood strikes a perfect balance between working-class roots and hipster hangouts. Grab authentic Mexican pastries for breakfast or dive into farm-to-table dinners at innovative restaurants that won't break the bank. Most attractions sit within easy walking distance, with downtown Milwaukee just a quick 10-minute stroll away.

Brewing heritage runs deep along the Milwaukee Riverwalk, where the Bronze Fonz statue reminds visitors of the city's pop culture fame. The Milwaukee Art Museum's wings literally open and close daily, a mechanical ballet visible from Lake Michigan's shores. Summerfest transforms Henry W. Maier Festival Park into the world's largest music festival each summer. Discovery World combines science with Great Lakes lore in exhibits that fascinate all ages. The Historic Third Ward's warehouses now house galleries and restaurants instead of manufacturing. Pabst Theater's ornate interior hosts performances beneath a chandelier that survived the building's 1895 fire. For the full experience, tour a brewery before catching a show at the Riverside Theater.

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel
"Very interesting hotel with the art vibe. Interesting architecture. Very helpful staff. Clean. Bustling little bar and music in the lobby. Refreshing and different."
Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown
"We got the upper floor room which turned out to be a corner room. It had amazing views of the city and provided us a buffer from any hall noise. The room was well maintained and very clean. Do note, coming from the parking ramp, you'll enter on the 2nd floor and need to be buzzed in by the front desk and then need to travel to 1st floor. We did end up getting stuck at the door on the 2nd floor because no on buzzed us in. That literally was our only issue our entire stay. The breakfast, snacks, and afternoon meals were all great and we appreciated the free food. The hotel is in walking distance to many dinning options including the 3rd Street Market and the Public Market. The hot tub was prob my favorite. It has very strong jets and was perfect temp. I def recommend this hotel!"
The Pfister Hotel
"Clean place. Friendly Staff. No ghosts this stay."
The Brewhouse Inn & Suites
"This is a fun place, with a neat aymosphere in the hallways. It was my second time here. These is easy safe street parking, and lots of bars in walking distance."
Hyatt Regency Milwaukee
"The only complain I have is that the toilets are very low to the ground. They are for three year olds, not adults. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, staff were quick to respond and attentive."
AmericInn by Wyndham Glendale/Milwaukee
"Great place to stay friendly service great breakfast option clean room and quiet"
The Iron Horse Hotel
"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, if not the best. Very nice, clean and safe. Excellent staff. Very very cool character (motorcycle, art and rustic themed). 3 bars (2 inside and one outside). Amazing back patio area that has excellent indoor/outdoor space (covered so even if it's raining it's perfect for outside). Hotel rooms and bathrooms are huge and very nice. Location is perfect (walking distance to the Harley Museum and about a 5 minute uber ride to the center city areas). Free covered-parking right out front for motorcycles and paid parking next to the hotel for cars. All in all this is an amazing hotel and I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone."

Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
"The location of the hotel was perfect for this visit & I have stayed at this site many times in the past. Unfortunately, the site is becoming rundown & needs some serious maintenance & refreshing. Also, there is no longer a restaurant for dinner unless you want to eat in a bar. The cafe closed at 10 AM so we could get coffee or breakfast unless we wanted to wait until the bar opened at 11 AM."
