Awesome place to stay

Very clean overall. Very comfortable beds. My granddaughter loves to swim and the pool was very nice. We will definitely be back. Also friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Great job keep up the great work.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the event we attended, and because it has an indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable. WIFI speed good.

Very nice

Huge shower. Tv was the right height. Had a nice cushy chair. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Really impressed with the bathroom size and layout in general

Stay was fine. The thermostat was broke in my room and they said they had no one to fix it and they were booked up. They ended up changing my room, but that meant the next person was going to have a broken thermostat. Next I paid for the room in full before I got there. They took my card like normal but proceeded to charge me for the room again. 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get them to refund me. The rooms are nice, the staff was nice, but just too many issues to rate higher.

Sunday morning the toilet didnt flush properly. Some of the wallpaper was torn or?. Floor in shower was slippery, should of had maybe some floor strips.

Easy check-in. Staff was very helpful. Really comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool, but the area behind the chaise lounges in the pool area needs to be cleaned. There was dirt and a bunch of dead bugs. We also had to ask for bath towels for our bathroom also.

When we checked in - they were very nice but told me they didn't have any 2 queen suite rooms available even though that is what I booked and paid for. They put us in a 2 queen room and said that was all they had left and it was the same price. I am sure it was not - but settled for what they had left. Property was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

OK and could use cleaning.

We booked the hotel because of the price and reviews. The outside of the hotel and the lobby look new. The bed was comfortable. Our first two rooms had an odor about them that was unbearable. Our the third room smelled fine and we appreciate the front desk staff helping us move until we got a room that had no odor. I really think it might’ve been the air conditioning or the carpet not sure what the smell was from. Know that the bathroom floor will have hairs on it and not be mopped. (I’ve noticed this trend with all HI Express locations lately). Outside of that, everything was fine. The breakfast was great! The breakfast attendant was super friendly and the items were fresh and well stocked. The front desk was also friendly.
