I did the pre online check in, to advise we would be arriving around 3pm. Due to traffic we arrived at 3:30pm. When we got there the systems were down, so the lady couldn’t tell us what room we were booked in, and then advised we need to wait for the manager, who’s in a meeting and would be 20 minutes. We had a table booking for dinner at 5:15, so conscious on time, we didn’t have a choice and said ok we will wait. The lady offered us a free drink on the house which was nice. 4:15, and the manager appears and a key was handed to us. 45 minutes later we attempted to head upstairs to our room, with no instructions on where or how to get to it. due to this delay, we had not enough time to get ready, and was late for our meal booking. This then meant we missed out on bottomless brunch we had booked as we were too late. Apart from that, room was a good size. And there is a major plumbing issue, as when the sink is on, the water does not go down the drain, and just sits in the sink.
