Perfect in every way

If you’re going to Siem Reap, don’t look further and book this hotel - it is perfect in every way! It’s stunningly beautiful, spotlessly clean, rooms and bathroom are very big and comfortable, beds are divine, the pool area is very relaxing and they have all the services you may need (laundry, room service etc). Breakfast could be a bit better but food at the restaurant is very good. Most importantly, they have the most amazing staff you can imagine. Everyone from the waitresses to the manager are incredibly nice. Special mention to everyone at the reception desk who were so friendly and so helpful they made my stay feel like home and my life very easy! One tip: don’t book anything in advance and ask them, they will find the best tours and drivers for you. Cambodia is a fascinating country and this is the best place in Siem Reap!

This was our fourth time staying here and won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful hotel a few minutes Tuk-tuk from pub street, so far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be very convenient. The breakfast buffet included is great and the overall quality of food (restaurant and poolside) is great if you’re not wanting to head out. The beds are VERY firm but of good quality, air conditioning in the rooms is perfect, the property is very clean and the pool with bar is a favourite. Dina and Miss Kim make the best cocktails (they’re the ones to learn from for anyone new at the bar or anyone who works the bar at all), that being said it’s very clear ALL the staff take pride in what they do and everyone is so lovely and helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Siem Reap.

This is my second stay and I will tell you why. This place is not only gorgeous, but has the best staff. I would mention them all as they all will go above and beyond, but I will give a special mention for Dina who is a big part of the reason I came back here within a month. Thank you Dina for making my second stay just as good as the first, probably even better! I will be continuing to come here in the future. It's a hidden gem of luxury.

This is a little gem of a hotel. You really feel pampered by the staff. Nice pool, great breakfast. Spa services were reasonable and very nice. They greet you every time you come back to the hotel with damp towels to freshen and water. Would absolutely stay here again.

The best staff I have ever encountered in all my years of travel. Everyone who works there is exceptional. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with cold towels and a cold glass of water.

Felt like royalty the moment we arrived, as all the staff greeted us and they showed us to room. Breakfast was also amazing. If I were to ever travel to siem reap again, I would definitely stay here. Pool also looked really nice but we didn’t have time to swim.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. Excellent staff , especially Kim Yean , Phy E, and the entire kitchen staff who provided the most personal care at breakfast. This was service with a smile The hotel is within a 20 minutes walk to Pun Street, or an easy cheap tuk tuk ride.

The Khmer Mansion Residence is like a 5 star hotel. It is physically beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing in their willingness to assist with anything you need and the restaurant, including the buffet breakfast, is spectacular. I give it my highest recommendation.

I stayed 4 nights at this little slice of heaven! A clean, large, well-equipped room where the A/C worked perfectly! A lovely outdoor restaurant by the pool with very good food. And most of all, warm, smiling, eager to please staff. I would return here in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Khmer Mansion Residence for four nights and had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff was very welcoming and nice and paid close attention to detail. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member goes above and beyond, and it honestly feels impossible to single anyone out because everyone is so wonderful.
