This is a wonderful B&B. The rooms are charming and loaded with art and antiques. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed with everything you’d need.

I can say nothing but great things about staying here. Ms. Colleen was super sweet. She welcomed us into her home like we were family. She told us to make ourselves at home. She cooked us a fantastic breakfast. In fact , it was a lot of delicious food. We give her a ten star. Loved the experience.

Our stay at Sunnyside was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. The owner was great and very informative about the house. We loved our stay and will be going back soon! A very beautiful furnished house with lots to see!

Sunnyside B&B is the BEST bed & breakfast ever!! Colleen is so welcoming, home is beautiful & peaceful, the breakfasts yummy, the Christmas trees are magical. You truly feel like family and are welcome to sit & enjoy all the rooms while relaxing. If you want to feel renewed and refreshed, stay here & enjoy this magical environment. Wonderful house. We are looking at purchasing a historic house in Natchez and Colleen filled us in on the real estate in Natchez. Excellent breakfast and conversation. The antiques and furnishings are exceptional! We’ll be back.

Absolutely wonderful. Very nice house. Tastefully decorated with a lot of oil paintings and antiques . Coleen was an excellent host. Breakfast was a fruit cup with yogurt, chicken and waffles, coffee and juice. Big and Belle were loving fur babies. Absolutely a 10+.

Wonderful experience. Very comfortable room and great, homemade breakfast each morning. Very close to all of the tourist attractions. Colleen is very talented and welcoming. Aleen is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am definitely going to try to plan another trip back.

The home contains some beautiful art. Looks like a museum. And the Library was full of great reads. And the host was the best. A damn good cook! We had a blast with her.

Colleen is the most gracious hostess, she met us at the door on arrival and gave us a tour of her beautiful home. She made us feel like we were family. Sunnyside is full of beautiful paintings and antiques. We were free to roam the house and enjoy the libraries and other rooms at our leisure. The beds were soooo comfortable!

We booked two nights at this B&B. Unfortunately, the first afternoon, the proprietress decided she would start a political discussion.. It concluded with her telling me that she didn’t like immigrants and even her dog, a large German shepherd with the appropriate name Big, didn’t like them either. “He doesn’t want any Mexican chihuahuas or Chinese pugs here.” I didn’t respond despite being appalled. If this sort of thing appeals to you, by all means make a reservation. Otherwise you may want to steer clear rather than risk having your stay ruined. I certainly left having every negative stereotypical view of Mississippi, and Natchez in particular, thoroughly confirmed.

Beautifully appointed period home. Bed comfortable like sleepy in a cloud. Shower hot and strong. Host Colleen is lovely and down to earth. Breakfast was good keep go going all day.
