Great location and the property was clean and well maintained. The WiFi worked well and the location allowed easy walking to all city centre sights. The hotel is well known to taxi drivers as well for pick up and drop off.

Amazing location! Walk to all main city sites and easy pickup for tours. Shops, bars, restaurants, parks, banks all within a few minutes. Very safe area. Highly recommended.

6/10 Buena

The location was perfect and the price was very good value. But the arrival and check in were confusing. The room was spacious and plenty of room but the AC did not and the shower hot water was set so high (to almost a dangerous level) and couldn’t be lowered and it was practically unusable. However, I only stayed one night and for briefly visiting Chisinau and the beautiful city, it was just about passable.

2/10 Mala

There is not enough room here to provide an accurate review of a very over-rated and falsely described property. Pictures and descriptions and stated services do not exist in the way promoted. A fuller review can be provided but Hotels.com clearly don't welcome all aspects being portrayed if only 1500 characters can be included. Also, pictures can be provided. But with such limited opportunity to provide the full picture all I can say is one-star at best and not an apartment or hotel, in reality. And don't arrive in the dark! There's no reception and no official entrance.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but that won't be a problem if you use a translation app or something similar.

4/10 Regular

Everything was very good, especially the location of the hotel. But on the last night we woke up at 4am to take a taxi to the airport, and to my horror i found bed bugs on the wall of the bathroom. That was not a good surprise! Although, the rooms are situated in an old store building...

8/10 Muy buena

The location is as central as it gets. It has nice automatic blinds to make the room pitch black which was nice. The room was fine, but a couple of small issues. The fridge was not plugged in when we got there, so it was basically useless. The other issue is that we had absolutely no hot water for one of the three days we were there. We tried to resolve it, but there were communication issues.
