There is 24 hour service at the front desk and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great rooftop lounge area for anyone to use. Great hotel and location. My husband and I stayed here on two different visits to Queenstown and plan to stay there again if we return. Location is a block away from grocery store, DOC center, short walk to Fergburger and the shopping area. It is modern, has laundry room, rooftop terrace is amazing to view sunset or eat takeout dinner, filtered water available on every floor.
