"My Son and I booked the Ibis following a late nigjt flight- We were able to book in ahead of time, and obtaining our key card for the room was straightforward and swift.
The room itself was clean, spacious and confortable.
It comprised of two single beds, a desk, wardrobe and large bathroom.
There was a desk and an aray of different ligjting, and a TV which was fixed to the wall.
The room was modern, and had clean soft carpeting throughout (accept the bathroom)
Toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioners and body wash were provided, along with fresh towels.
The room was wheelchair accessible, and faciltaed additional disability aids such as telecom alarm units if needed.
Tea and coffee, along with a kettle was provided.
12pm checkout was appreciated.
Upon checkimg out, we crossed paths with two cleaners, who were friendly and pleasant.
We didn't have food during ournvisit, however, the menu looked varied and nice, and the dinning area, as the room, looked clean and modern.
I was not disturbed by noise during our stay at the Ibis, despite the hotel being located at Birmingham airport, and upon leaving the room, cleaningbstaff being busy at work (I had the best nigjt sleep, and the beds were comfortable).
I will definitely return.
