Misrepresentation of Air Conditioning

The dominant problem was that although it is described as having AC there was almost no air coming from it so it was useless. We had paid in advance for 2 nights. The comfort was so miserable that we left after the first night and forfeited what we had paid.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig sauber und schön, der Self-Check-in war sehr einfach, trotz später Anreise. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Schade war, dass angegeben wird, dass das Frühstück inbegriffen ist- dieses findet im Café nebenan statt, dieses ist natürlich auch zugänglich für Laufkundschaft und deshalb war es recht voll und laut. Man durfte sich ein Getränk und ein belegtes Brötchen oder süßes Teilchen umsonst aussuchen. Die Auswahl war also begrenzt und den meisten Menschen wird so ein kleines Teilchen eher nicht reichen, den Rest muss man dann halt kaufen. Was ebenfalls schade war - das Café hatte eine super große Auswahl an Mini-Törtchen, Pralinen, Keksen, Windbeutel etc, war wohl deren Spezialität, diese durfte man sich aber nicht aussuchen und die Brötchen waren leider nicht besonders lecker. Wir haben dann noch solche Törtchen gekauft und die waren lecker. Das Zimmer war aber wirklich schön.

Personale gentile e simpatico. Complimenti per la pasticceria e caffetteria. Colazione abbondante. Il letto matrimoniale purtroppo era affossato da una parte e i letti singoli troppo corti. Vorrei consigliare di mettere le zanzariere alle finestre xchè sono entrate molte zanzare poiché abbiamo aperto le finestre durante la notte. Sinceramente a noi ha disturbato anche il traffico continuo notturno. Ma la vicinanza al centro di Pisa è una nota molto positiva. Per stare una notte va bene......

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo B&B, in un gruppo di quattro persone. La stanza era complessivamente accettabile, ma purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il condizionatore, che era rotto. Il condizionatore sostitutivo fornito era piuttosto rumoroso, il che ha reso le notti meno confortevoli. La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore, poiché il pavimento presentava degli aloni che non ci hanno fatto una buona impressione. La posizione è comoda: in auto si può raggiungere il centro di Pisa in circa 15 minuti. La colazione servita al bar sottostante era abbondante e di buona qualità, un vero punto a favore del nostro soggiorno.

Sehr schöne, neue und gepflegte Unterkunft. Check-in, -out und Frühstück findet in dem Cafe unten statt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. In dem Cafe kann man zusätzlich guten Kaffee, leckeres Gebäck und Mittagessen bekommen - zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Im Hausflur ist ein kleiner Aufenthaltsraum eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasser. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Lage ist super, wenn man zwischen Pisa, Lucca und Strand unterwegs ist.
