What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed for one night to finish our vacation in the county, family of four with a teenager and 8 year old. We all loved the Lakeside Motel! The property was very clean. It was a quiet place to relax. The food was very good at their restaurant but on the upper scale of prices. The pool was beautiful and there were lots of loungers. There was no breakfast until 11 and the town on Wellington was limited to breakfast options. There is a fridge in the room so you could bring food for a breakfast option. The staff were very friendly.

Overall, I thought the property was very lovely and finished very nicely. The patio at the back overlooking the water is beautiful. One issue with the hotel is that they have a speaker on the outside of the office building that plays loud music all day until 9pm. I understand that it is the same music that is around the pool but it is disruptive to the rooms that are close to the office. The other issue is that it is very dark in the bathroom, it could use a bit more lighting.
