We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a very quiet area which we appreciated, and it was very easy to access the city center through the metro close by. The reception staff could have been more engaged and service minded. They were friendly when approached, but they never initiated to communicate with us or any other guests. Not once did they mention the pool and sauna facilities to us, how and when we can utilize them, or anything else for that matter, which is below expectations on the general service level for a hotel. The elevator and access to all floors was not secured with a card reader. This means anyone, guest or not, can walk in from the street and access the elevator and all floors without having to swipe a card, which in a city like Paris is a major security concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
