Check-in wasn't great - supposed to be a self-check-in via tablet, but there was an error code we couldn't get past. We couldn't call for help due to our international phones. After about 30 minutes we finally got help via email and were able to get into our room.
The room itself was okay, although some damaged items were present and it wasn't particularly clean. No cutlery/silverware at all, not even chopsticks. Just a single butter knife.
Lots of clean bedding provided though, and it was more spacious than expected.
